If the renter is a company represented by a person entitled to sign on behalf of the company, the identity card or passport, address card, driving license and the specimen signature (in copy) is required.
If the renter is a company represented by a person who is not entitled to sign on behalf of the company, an identity card or passport, address card, driving license, specimen signature (in copy) and a proxy is needed. The proxy shall be issued by the person entitled to sign on behalf of the company, in the following form: ...................... name is allowed to rent the vehicle of ...................... type in the name of ...................... company for the ...................... period. The proxy be provided in original and signed by two witnesses. |
