Is it possible to get another car than the chosen one? |

Generally the chosen vehicle will be offered to the client by Automobile-Rent Car Rental Ltd. Still, circumstances may arise, when this policy must be deviated from (e.g. in the case of prior damage or theft of the vehicle). In such cases, the replacement car will be at least of the chosen category or a higher category, with the original fee being kept. The client will always be informed of such ciscumstances by Automobile-Rent Car Rental Ltd’s team and, if possible, more alternatives will be offered.
