| What responsibilities do I have during the rental period? |

The rental agreement is concluded for a definite term which can be extended.
The renter bears the responsibility from the pick up time until the drop off. This is mentioned in the rental agreement. This means that the liability for every foul, penalty or offence such as not paying the motorway road tax or parking fee, speeding, or any road code contravention will be born by the renter from pick up to drop off. Since these must be demonstrated later as well, every evidence (original or copy) related to the rental period shall be handed over to the leaser at the return of the vehicle. The renter is responsible for all damages and costs caused by not handing over these evidences. |
