Our prices do not contain the motorway road tax. This tax shall be paid by the renter.
Motorway road tax information, fees. The mistyping of the license plate number can be corrected to up to two characters, the price of which is HUF 1,000. The payment of motorway road taxes is surveyed based on the license plate number electronically through cameras placed along the motorway, therefore the exact specification of this is highly important! The penalty is about ten times as high as the tax itself. Warning: The use of motorway is calculated in one day units, so the day the tax was paid (start time) counts as a whole day as well. E.g. a four day motorway road tax paid on 11th of April, 11 p.m. is valid until 14th of April, 12 p.m. |
